Appointment Fees

The fee for an initial consultation is £140 (up to 50 minutes and includes a detailed clinic letter).

The fee for a follow up consultation is £90 (up to 45 minutes).

Please note that even if someone else is paying your bill or you have private medical insurance, you are responsible for paying any charge which they do not pay.

You will be invoiced for the cost of your appointment after the appointment and all invoices are payable within 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment without charge. For cancellations with less than 48hrs hours notice or if you do not attend your appointment (for any reason), a fee of £18 will be charged. Please note that insurers will not cover this fee so you will be invoiced directly.

Private Medical insurance

If you have private medical insurance, please contact your insurer before your initial consultation, to check the terms of your policy. We require your policy membership number and an authorisation code for speech therapy before your first consultation please.
