Appointment Fees
Initial consultation fee is £140 (up to 50 minutes and includes a detailed clinic letter).
Follow up consultation fee is £90 (up to 45 minutes).
Late cancellation fee (<48hrs) is £18
Payment for each session is due at the time of the session. Payment can be made at the clinic via ‘Tap and Pay’ or by bank transfer.
Private Medical insurance
If you have private medical insurance, please contact your insurer before your initial consultation, to check the terms of your policy. We require your policy membership number and an authorisation code for speech therapy before your first consultation please.

Please note you are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurer. If someone else is paying your bill or you have private medical insurance, you are responsible for paying any charge which they do not pay. Most insurers will not cover a cancellation fee so you would be invoiced directly.
Initial consultations paid for by insurance are up to 45 minutes. This includes a detailed clinic letter and ongoing correspondence with ENT/Respiratory or GP as needed.
Follow up therapy appointments paid for by insurance are up to 40 minutes. This includes detailed summary emails of each session and video and written resources.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment without charge. For cancellations with less than 48hrs hours notice or if you do not attend your appointment (for any reason), a fee of £18 will be charged.
