๐Ÿ’ง Finally, make water visible so that youโ€™ll see it and be naturally reminded to take regular sips. At the start of the day fill enough glasses or bottles to cover your desired daily intake – a target helps with motivationย โฃand place them around the house or office where youโ€™ll see them.
